Hello blog, during my time at the Greendale YMCA I learned a lot about myself. I learned that I am a lot more capable then I thought I was and this helped to boost my confidence. I was honestly at first worried how I would fit into a office environment and was scared that maybe I wouldn't do well or that I would be like the odd one out. But as time went on I slowly started to find my place and you could see that with my confidence and approachability. I was less reserved and more out going even my boss said that on a survey. I got more comfortable at meetings and started to share more ideas that I had. And overtime I got comfortable in the position that I was in. I worked a lot on trying to get better at using less straight lines and using more curves and circles and shapes. I found them to be not only more interesting and unique but eye catching and stylish. This past week was filled with lot's of holiday cheer while leading up to Christmas. We have been working a lot on promoting food drives as well as promoting our donation drives to help give back to the community. I have also been working on something called evergreen posts to help promote the Y and to help create viewership.
